Aaron Van Duyne III, CPA - Senior Principal
Aaron specializes in providing financial and accounting services to individuals
and entities in the entertainment and sports industries. He is also the founding
member of White Hat Management Services, L.L.C. offering business management services
to entertainment and sports industries.
Aaron serves on many boards, including the Advisory Board of Lakeland Bank; as a
Board Trustee and Board Officer of Chilton Hospital; as a Director of The Better
Life Foundation in Mobile, Alabama; and as Vice Chairman of The William Paterson
University Foundation Board. Aaron is an alum of William Paterson University, where
he earned his B.A. degree in Accounting and then his Masters degree in Music Management.
Aaron has a deep-rooted relationship with William Paterson University and also teaches
music management as an Adjunct Professor in the university's Music Department. He
is a licensed CPA in New Jersey and New York, and is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants, and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Keith Behrens - Principal
Keith joined the firm as a principal in 1999. With more than 20 years of tax experience,
Keith specializes in corporate, partnership and individual income tax issues. He
serves as principal in charge of tax services and spearheads tax planning matters
on behalf of the firm’s clients.
Throughout his career, Keith has represented clients in tax audits before the Internal
Revenue Service, the State of New Jersey, the State of New York, and other state
and local taxing authorities. He also serves on the finance committee of St. Rose
of Lima Church and The Family Resource Network.
Keith earned his B.S. in Accounting from DeSales University and went on to earn
his M.S. in Taxation from Long Island University. He is also an Adjunct Professor
teaching taxation at Fairleigh Dickenson University. Keith is a licensed CPA in
New Jersey and New York, and an a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Anthony Bruno - Principal
Anthony joined the firm as a principal in 2007. With more than 30 years of auditing
and tax experience, Anthony manages and implements the firm’s audit procedures,
workpaper preparation, and reviews a broad range of individual, corporate, partnership
and estate tax returns.
Anthony is the Secretary Treasurer of the Middletown Re-Development Committee, a
member of the Eastern Monmouth County Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Monmouth
County CPA Society. Anthony previously served as President of the NY State Society
of CPA’s, representing Staten Island. He earned his B.S. degree in Accounting from
St. John’s University. He is a licensed CPA in New Jersey and New York, and a member
of New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
