Aaron Van Duyne III
The senior principal with Van Duyne, Behrens & Co., P.A., Aaron Van Duyne III has
been in the field of public accounting for more than 30 years. He specializes in
consulting, estate planning, business management, and tax preparations for individuals
and business entities in the entertainment industry. Aaron is also a founding member
of White Hat Management Services, LLC, a firm that offers business management services
to the entertainment and sports industries.
Recognized as an expert in his field, Aaron has lectured on business matters in
the entertainment industry and has also served as a panel moderator for entertainment
industry symposiums. In addition, Aaron has lectured to senior citizen groups on
elder care, taxation, and estate matters.
Aaron is an advisory board member of Lakeland Bank, the vice chairman of The William
Paterson University Foundation Board, treasurer for the Chilton Memorial Hospital
Board of Trustees, and a director of The Better Life Foundation in Mobile, Alabama.
Aaron earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and a Master of Music degree
in management from William Paterson University. He is licensed as a certified public
accountant in New Jersey and New York, and is a member of both the New Jersey Society
of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Keith Behrens
Keith Behrens, a principal with Van Duyne, Behrens & Co., P.A. since 1999, has more
than 20 years of tax experience. He specializes in corporate, partnership, and individual
income tax issues. As the principal in charge of Tax Services, he is involved in
tax planning matters on behalf of clients. Throughout his career, Keith has represented
clients in tax audits before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the State of New
Jersey, the State of New York, and other state and local taxing authorities.
Keith is an Adjunct Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a member
of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the AICPA.
Keith is a licensed certified public accountant in New Jersey and New York. He earned
a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from DeSales University and a Master
of Science degree in taxation from Long Island University.
Anthony V. Bruno
The principal in charge of the firm’s Audit Department, Anthony V. Bruno has more
than 20 years of certified public accounting experience. He earned a Bachelor of
Science degree in accounting from St. John's University, and is licensed as a certified
public accountant in both New York and New Jersey.
Anthony is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants-S.I.
Chapter and served a one-year term as the chapter’s president. He is also a former
Adjunct Professor at the College of Staten Island.
