Aaron Van Duyne, III, CPA - Senior Principal

Aaron specializes in providing financial and accounting services to individuals and entities in the entertainment and sports industries. He is also the founding member of White Hat Management Services, L.L.C. offering business management services to entertainment and sports industries.

Aaron serves on many boards, including the Advisory Board of Lakeland Bank; as an Advisory Board Trustee of Chilton Medical Center; as a Director of The Better Life Foundation in Mobile, Alabama; and as Chairman of The William Paterson University Foundation Board. Aaron is an alum of William Paterson University, where he earned his B.A. degree in Accounting and then his Master's degree in Music Management.

Aaron has a deep-rooted relationship with William Paterson University and also teaches music management as an Adjunct Professor in the university's Music Department. Aaron is a licensed CPA in New Jersey and New York and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Anthony Bruno, CPA - Principal

Anthony joined the firm as a principal in 2007. With more than 30 years of auditing and tax experience, Anthony manages and implements the firm’s audit procedures, workpaper preparation, and reviews a broad range of individual, corporate, partnership, and estate tax returns.

Anthony is the Secretary-Treasurer of the Middletown Re-Development Committee, a member of the Eastern Monmouth County Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Monmouth County CPA Society. Anthony previously served as President of the NY State Society of CPA’s, representing Staten Island. He earned his B.S. degree in Accounting from St. John’s University. He is a licensed CPA in New Jersey and New York and a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Raymond M. Pinglora, III, CPA, MST - Principal

Ray joined the firm in 2002. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from William Paterson University and his M.S. in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He also holds a certificate in state and local taxation.

Ray participated in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant's "Start Here, Go Places" program which encourages high school and college students to major in accounting and/or pursues a career in accounting. He also is a volunteer advisor to the Board of Trustees of the New York, Susquehanna & Western, Technical & Historical Society, a non-profit organization that focuses on the operation and restoration of historical railroad equipment.

Ray's practice areas focus on small to medium-sized businesses and mid/high net worth individuals. His wide range of experience includes a particular emphasis on serving the multi-faceted world of professional sports, entertainment, and media.

Jack Gutierrez, CPA - Principal

Jack joined the firm in 2012 and has over 35 years of auditing, tax, advisory and consulting experience (IPO's, etc.), including 5 years with Deloitte & Touche and Price Waterhouse Coopers serving Fortune 1,000 clients. His industry specialties are primarily professional services (doctors, dentists, etc.), real estate, restaurants, manufacturing and not-for-profit organizations.

Jack earned his B.S. in Accounting from Manhattan College, magna cum laude. He is a licensed CPA in New York and Florida, and a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. 

Mark Scribner, CPA - Director of Business Management

Mark joined the firm in 2015, bringing with him years of experience as a successful business manager to clients in the music industry. He currently specializes in client operations such as budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for entertainers. Additionally, he focuses on tour management, including tour budgeting, revision of vendor contracts, multi-state payrolls, and tour reconciliation.

He earned his B.A. in Economics from Providence College and his M.S. in Business Administration from Montclair State University. Mark is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey. He is also a Certified Financial Planner®, Chartered Global Managerial Accountant, and Certified Forensic Accountant.

Mark is currently a proud member of Omicron Delta Epsilon and Beta Gamma Sigma. He also serves as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a frequent speaker/panelist at various music industry conferences.

Carrie Nolan - Director of Business Management

Carrie is a Director of Business Management at our firm and specializes in music and entertainment clients. Years of experience in entertainment business management operations has uniquely positioned her to handle all aspects of client operations including global tour management and budgeting, Central Withholding Agreements, cash flow management and financial reporting. Carrie’s client roster spans multiple genres of musical artists from around the world, festival and concert producers, music publishers and film and documentary producers.

Carrie joined the firm in 2016 and has over 25 years of music and entertainment industry experience in business management including 15+ years of label experience as Vice President at Warner Music Group, Atlantic Records and Manager at Sony Music.

Carrie earned her B.S. in Management from Villanova University.

Stefano Carmelo D'Urso, CPA, MST - Tax Director 

Stefano joined the firm in 2018. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in accounting and finance from Seton Hall University, magna cum laude and his M.S. in Taxation from Rutgers University, magna cum laude. 

Stefano is a Tax Director at the firm and focuses on the athlete and entertainer practice areas. He specializes in multi-state taxation and has been leading the growth of our sports and content creator division. He also provides litigation support for forensic accounting matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Stefano worked at Grant Thornton for 5 years where he first performed audits of Not-For-Profit & Higher Education clients. He then joined the Forensic Advisory Service department where he helped conduct investigations into whistleblower allegations, asset misappropriations, financial statement impropriety, and accounting irregularities.
